Music: Paradise Lost

Today is Gian's week check up from being in the hospital. We also find out about his test results from the kidney test he had done the last day we were in there. The test was done to let us know a few things, to see how bad his infection was and to see how well they are functioning. So, i'm nervous about going to see his pediatrician. Three things will come of this, he'll either need surgery, or be on medication for at least the first year of his life, or he'll be completely fine, but closely monitored...if they can't be too sure, then he'll have to have the proceedure done again. Too much to think about, so I think i'll just stop thinking about it for now.

Jesse and I took the kids out for a while yesterday. Ailah got to experience her first car wash, she kept making the cutest faces while the car was going through. Then we bought her a kitty. It's soft and very realistic. It purrs and it just plain feels like a real cat with the cutest eyes. She loves cats. We were having a bbq one day and a cat jumped up on the deck and Ailah fell in love with it. She freaked out on us when we had to send him away. We even let the cat in the house for a while and she couldn't keep her hands off it, she kept hugging it and kissing it, like it was hers. We used to have two cats when she was a baby, but the story of those two is long and sad.
